In this time of late nights and immense stressful deliveries, I just wish my life is much more than this.

I think my life should be much more than work, eat, sleep, repeat. Or getting bogged down by school loans and future wedding expenses.

How I wish I can be less Asian, and pursue things I really love.

Turn all your dreams into plans - I hope it can happen soon.

Late night thoughts

Times like this make me miss the days in Lisbon so much. I miss the freedom of going wherever I want, do whatever I want to do at anytime of the day and... probably just the spontaneity in everything. Coming back to Singapore is like being pulled back to the reality. Recently the reality is hitting real hard.

But what exactly is lacking in my life?

I enjoy my work very much, especially with awesome colleagues. 
I am glad that I make a commitment to exercise.
I enjoy the companion of a pet. 
I decided to make a commitment to God.
...

I have everything I envisioned myself to have when I stepped out to the society.
But there's this inkling feeling that I am not using my time fully and I am wasting my youth away by not chasing after my 'passion/hobby' or rather not doing anything crazy. Not that I have much time to do that lately.

Oh well.

Then again. I am all prepared for the work-free weekend. Hope to do something interesting, instead of filling up packets of those nothingness in my heart with clothes and what-nots - the old way.

Amsterdam Day 1 - Zaanse Schans

First full day in Amsterdam is very memorable. It's probably the main highlight of this trip - Zaanse Schans.

Cologne Day 2 - Schokoladen Museum

Day 2 in Cologne went by in a breeze. We only went to the Schokoladen Museum, walk around the town for a bit before leaving to catch our bus to Amsterdam.

After being away from 'civilisation' or rather a city with more advanced technology and efficiency, I was extremely looking forward to this trip!

Madrid Part 3 - Awesome food and weekend

Hi all! Back from Korea and super drained from work. I don't know when will I ever finish blogging about my exchange or our pre-honeymoon (which we have FINALLY printed out our photobook). Probably by the end of this year? Horror! Work has taken a huge toil on me. All I want to do after work is to rest. No mood to read anything or to gain some new knowledge. My daily routine has to change.

Let me finish up on the weekend in Madrid! After checking off all the must-sees, it was time to just chill and relax in Madrid.

The Coastal Settlement

We decided to drop by The Coastal Settlement on our way to Rabbit Headquarters more than a month ago! Everyone was raving so much about this place but it's too out of way for us if we are not heading to Pasir Ris Farmway. But after our first experience, we love it and went back again.
